The Society holds an Annual General Meeting, open to all Members of the Society, each year in June at which the Chairman presents a report on the activities of the Society in the previous year and the Treasurer presents the annual Accounts. The formal part of the meeting is usually followed by a lunch and a walk/tour of the location where the meeting is held. Each year a different venue is chosen. All Members and their guests are invited and are asked to fill in the form on the application, so that numbers are known for seating and catering.
2012 AGM.
The 2012 AGM will be held on 16th June at Myddfai Community Hall. Besides the formal AGM we have an interesting programme for the day. Full details are in the Invitation which may be downloaded from the link below as can be the Annual Accounts and the full Annual Report from the Executive. All Society members are invited to attend and may also bring along guests. Please fill in the form on the Invitation so that we know the numbers for catering and seating. We look forward to seeing you in Myddfai!
